Local Delivery
J & J Creations personally hand delivers our Gift Creations within the Metropolitan Orlando and surrounding areas of Florida. Please refer to our zip code chart for the hand delivery chages and be sure to provide us with complete street address, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code. When being delivered to a business, please include a complete Company name. Whenever possible, please include a telephone number for the recipient. Complete addresses and telephone will help to avoid a re-delivery charge. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Rural Routes. Local Delivery charges begin at $8.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item going to the same address at the same delivery time. Please be advised that local deliveries to resorts and hotels may incur additional Bellman Delivery charges, ranging from $2.00 to $5.00 per item, depending upon individual location. We will ship and/or deliver all items within 48 hours unless a later date is requested or otherwise specified.
Shipping
J & J Creations currently ships within the Continental United States, utilizing UPS Ground Service, unless otherwise requested or specified. Shipping time varies, depending upon the UPS shipping schedule. Please refer to the UPS "TIME-IN-TRANSIT" map for estimated shipping times. Please provide complete addresses, including street, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code. Whenever possible, please include a telephone number for the recipient. Complete addresses and telephone will help to avoid a re-delivery charge. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Rural Routes. We will ship and/or deliver all items within 48 hours unless a later date is requested or otherwise specified. Any damages that are incurred during shipping are the responsibility of UPS, or otherwise specified carrier. Claims for in-transit damages must be filed according to the individual carrier's rules. Should your gift be damaged while being shipped, please be sure to retain all packaging in order to process your claim.

Up to $25.00 - S/H shall be $10.00
$25.01 - $50.00 - S/H shall be $13.00
$50.01 - $75.00 - S/H shall be $16.00
$75.01 - $100.00 - S/H shall be $19.00
$100.01 to $150.00 - S/H shall be $23.00
Oversized items and items over $150.00 may incur special shipping and handling rates.
